That means telling you the boring thing early, giving you a genuine estimate before we start, and writing documents you can actually read.
It also means saying no when we should. If a template will do the job, we'll point you at the template. If your matter needs a specialist we don't have, we'll tell you in the first ten minutes, not the fifth invoice.
