Property & conveyancing
Straightforward property settlements.
We make the legal side of property as easy as booking a pest inspection.
Found the place, or ready to sell and need to exchange fast? Time is the thing everyone runs out of in a property deal, so our property lawyers stay on call and answer the question the day you ask it.

Who we act for
Purchasers
Found a property you love? We review the contract before you're locked in, and tell you in plain English what you're actually buying.
Sellers
Time to sell. We prepare the sales contract quickly and brief your agent on the legal detail, so buyer questions don't stall the deal.
Agents
Our Legal Purchase Report can be ready before you go to market, so purchaser questions get answered fast and you exchange sooner.

Good to know
- Contract review
- Genuine estimate, usually same day
- Cooling-off in NSW
- Depends on the transaction
- Most NSW residential purchases carry a 5 business day cooling-off period from exchange. Off-the-plan purchases usually get 10 business days. There is no cooling-off period when you buy at auction, exchange on the same day as the auction, or waive it with a section 66W certificate, and other exceptions can apply. Why it matters
Read the contract before it reads you.
Almost every expensive property dispute we see started as a clause nobody read on page 14. Special conditions, disclosure gaps, an inclusions list that quietly shrank between listing and exchange.
We would rather spend an hour reading than a year arguing. You get the contract explained in plain English, the risks named, and a fee you agreed to before we started.
Questions we get asked
Straight answers.
Can you review a contract before I make an offer?
Yes, and it's the cheapest thing you'll do all week. Send us the contract and we'll come back with the risks, the special conditions and what's worth negotiating.
Do I need a lawyer or a conveyancer?
A conveyancer can handle a clean transfer. A lawyer can also advise on structure, tax consequences, disputes and anything unusual in the contract. Either way, you'll get a genuine estimate upfront based on what your matter involves.
How fast can you exchange?
For a straightforward residential purchase, often within days. Tell us the deadline in the first call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
